Welcome to BYZOPS Limited (trading as [bops]) ("we", "us", "our"). These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of our software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform, which provides AI-powered voice and chat agents that capture customer information and integrate with customer relationship management (CRM) systems.

By using our services, you agree to comply with and be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use our services.


2. Definitions

  • "Client" or "You" – the individual or entity subscribing to [bops] services.
  • "Service" – the AI agents, chatbots, phone agents, integrations, and related tools we provide.
  • "CRM" – any third-party system to which we send data on your behalf.
  • "Data" – any information collected, processed, or stored through our service, including customer information.

3. Use of Service

You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

You are responsible for:

  • Ensuring that your customers are informed and consent to data collection
  • Configuring integrations properly with your CRM systems
  • Reviewing the accuracy of lead data collected by the AI agents

You must not:

  • Use our services to collect sensitive or prohibited information (e.g., health data, payment data)
  • Use the service for any illegal or abusive activity

4. User Accounts and Access

You may be required to create an account to access the service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and all activity under your account.


5. Subscription and Payment

Access to the [bops] platform is provided on a subscription basis. By subscribing, you agree to pay the fees displayed at the time of sign-up or as agreed in writing.

  • Fees are billed monthly or annually in advance
  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled
  • We may update pricing with notice

Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of service.


6. Data Ownership and Processing

6.1 Client Data

You retain full ownership of all customer data collected by the AI agents. [bops] acts as a data processor, handling this data on your behalf.

6.2 Data Protection

We will:

  • Process data only as instructed by you
  • Implement reasonable technical and organisational safeguards
  • Not sell or use your customer data for any other purpose

7. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property related to the [bops] platform (software, logos, branding, AI models, etc.) remains our exclusive property. You may not reproduce, reverse engineer, or distribute any part of the platform without our prior written consent.


8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access and may occasionally perform maintenance or encounter disruptions.

We are not liable for any loss of business or data caused by service interruptions.


9. Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting us.

We may suspend or terminate your access if:

  • You breach these Terms
  • You fail to make payment
  • We are required by law

Upon termination:

  • Your access will be revoked
  • Your CRM integrations and AI agents will be deactivated
  • You are responsible for exporting your data before access ends

10. Disclaimers

  • The service is provided "as is" and "as available"
  • We do not guarantee any specific business outcome or conversion rate
  • We are not responsible for how you or your customers use the AI agents

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 6 months prior to the claim

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.
